CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Candy was recalled in 13 states, including Ohio and Indiana, due to an undeclared allergen.

According to a recall report from the Food and Drug Administration, bags of "Chocolately Eyeballs" sold under the Crystal Temptations brand at Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Homegoods, and Sierra Trading Post were recalled because their packaging did not declare the presence of milk in the product.

The candies were recalled in Arizona, Texas, Virginia, Georgia, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Indiana, Nevada, California, New Jersey, Connecticut, Ohio, and Wyoming.

The products affected by the recall were:

Customers were advised to "destroy the product" and the report advised that refunds would not be available at the point of sale. Instead, customers were told to contact Crystal Temptations with proof of purchase for a refund.
